1. Fly the American Flag using proper mourning etiquette - at half-staff from sunrise until noon, and raise it again to the peak after noon.

2. Volunteer to lay flowers or place flags at your local Veterans’ cemetery.

3. Sponsor a thank you bouquet through the Memorial Day Foundation.

4. Visit a military memorial or museum.

5. Take a moment of remembrance with us 15:00 local time while we observe National Moment of Remembrance
